Parking

Elm Grove is limited to 1 hour Parking between 8am and 6pm Monday to Saturday. After 6pm and on Sundays, there is no time limitation.

Side streets in the Area are mostly 3 hour parking, with no return for 4 hours.

There are a couple of pay for car parks within 10-15 minutes walk of the shop.

University House - run by the University of Portsmouth - Just off Winston Churchill Avenue
(Click HERE for Google Maps link) is not  available between 0800 and 1700 during the week, but at other times costs a flat rate £2. 

Ashby Place - run by Portsmouth City Council - near Palmerston Road (Click HERE for Google Maps link) costs up to £12 for 24 hours.
